Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical sales specialist to support our customers in the EMEA region. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with the sales team to provide expertise and answer product-related queries.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a technical presales role in cybersecurity, with proven leadership in customer and partner engagements. You will serve as a primary technical point of contact for the sales cycle, from opportunity qualification through to technical closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise to the Sales Team supporting commercial customers in the 1–100 user segment
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate security challenges and maximize the value of our full product portfolio with emphasis on MDR, XDR, Firewall, incident response preparedness, and proactive risk reduction
  • Lead the technical sales cycle from opportunity qualification through to technical closure, acting as the primary technical point of contact
  • Support sales campaigns aimed at driving product adoption, as well as cross-selling and upselling opportunities within both existing and new customers
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge in the following areas is an advantage: MDR, EDR/XDR, and SIEM/SOAR solutions, Network and Endpoint Security, including Endpoint Protection, Firewall, Email Security, Wireless, and Mobile Security
  • Proven presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
