Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. This role involves providing remote assistance and support to customers with their technical issues, ensuring seamless service delivery.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolution of customer IT issues via phone, email, or remote desktop.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth operations and implement new solutions to improve our technology stack.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve escalated and executive support tickets in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Bettercloud, and other major SaaS applications.
  • Experience with MDM solutions (JAMF, Kaseya) and IDP/SCIM Provisioning.
