Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

Sleek is looking for a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on resolving complex technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that impact our customers. You will work closely with our development teams, product management, and other stakeholders to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. Your expertise in software engineering and cloud platforms will enable us to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new features and technologies, and to work with a talented team of engineers and developers.

Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • Strong academic foundation from reputable universities
  • Demonstrated track record in well-established or recognized organizations
  • Experience with JavaScript tech stack (Node, NestJS, React, Vue)
  • Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS)
  • Bitbucket and GitHub CI/CD knowledge
  • Proficiency in reading logs (e.g., Splunk)
  • Understanding load testing tools and analyzing results
