We are looking for an experienced sales leader to join our Retail Banking Group Sales team as Area Sales Director. In this role, you will lead and manage sales efforts within a specific area or region, developing and executing effective sales strategies and closely monitoring performance metrics.

Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing feedback and guidance to the sales team. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

A successful candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field, and at least five years of experience in the Banking industry, preferably in the area of Retail Banking. A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and successfully managing sales teams is required.
