
Education Onboarding Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for temporary education professionals, ensuring timely submission of required documents and compliance with district and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding workflows from offer to start date
- Verify licensure, credentials, and certifications for school personnel
- Coordinate background checks, TB tests, fingerprinting, and other pre-employment requirements
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and client portals
- Communicate with contractors to ensure timely document submission
- Liaise with recruiters, account managers, and school district contacts to meet deadlines
- Conduct routine audits to ensure contractor files remain compliant
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2+ years experience in onboarding, compliance, or credentialing required
- Strong knowledge of education compliance and credentialing regulations preferred
- Familiarity with background check processes and state-specific compliance laws
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and credential management tools
