Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full recruitment cycle support (posting roles, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, preparing offers)
  • Ensure smooth onboarding logistics (welcome emails, access setup, first-day coordination)
  • HRIS/ATS record maintenance with high accuracy and compliance
  • Manage internal P&C support tickets and IT coordination for onboarding/offboarding
  • Track and file offer letters, benefits forms, and policy acknowledgments
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of HR coordination, recruitment support, or administrative experience
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams is highly valued
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and common HRIS/ATS systems
  • Must be able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) or Eastern Standard Time (EST) for collaboration
Essential Qualities:
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong written communication and scheduling abilities
  • Accuracy and confidence with data entry, reporting, and HR systems
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
