Job Title: Educational Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Educational Program Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in the success of our educational programs by conducting intakes with families/students, coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support regional operations by working closely with our teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Provide exceptional academic services to students and their families through effective communication and coordination.
  • Maintain high operating standards across people, financial, and academic aspects.
  • Deliver engaging programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners.
  • Meet operational excellence standards by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Provide virtual administrative support to regional operations teams.
  • Manage class schedules and tutoring sessions effectively.
  • Monitor student progress regularly.
  • Ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth with a focus on education and customer service.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Learning agility to adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Ability to acquire new skills as required to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
