Key Responsibilities:
Pallet Connect is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to assist in shaping and supporting the growth of our clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Onboarding: Guide new customers through the initial setup of Pallet Connect, providing product demonstrations, and addressing any technical or operational questions they may have.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and requests. Proactively communicate, understand customer needs, and promptly address any issues.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers by answering their questions, troubleshooting problems, and offering solutions through various channels such as phone, email, and our support ticket system.
Customer Education and Training: Educate new and existing customers about the features, functionalities, and best practices of Pallet Connect. This may involve creating user guides, tutorials, or conducting training sessions.
Success Planning: Collaborate with customers to understand their goals and objectives, develop tailored success plans, and assist in aligning our product with their objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their end-to-end business processes, and providing valuable feedback to the entire Pallet Connect team for product development enhancements.
