About the Role

This position plays a crucial part in the success of an educational institution, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality customer service.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing top-notch support to students and their families.

  • You will work closely with regional operations to perform payroll functions and other related tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
  • With a focus on academic excellence, you will provide outstanding services to students and help them achieve their goals.
  • You will also operate in a virtual environment, managing daily business data, creating schedules, and answering phones.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can excel in this challenging role.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive career growth experience is required, preferably in a similar field.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment is essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications is a must.
  • Bilingualism in English and Spanish is beneficial but not required.
