
Real Estate Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to support our real estate operations. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative, marketing, and client support in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments effectively.
- Organize and prepare essential real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries with professionalism.
- Client & Lead Management
- Update and maintain CRM databases with accurate client and lead information.
- Follow up with leads and provide exceptional client support.
- Send reminders and updates to clients regarding showings, property details, and deadlines.
- Marketing & Social Media
- Create, edit, and post engaging property listings on real estate platforms.
- Design and send targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts and post content to promote properties effectively.
- Transaction Coordination
- Track deadlines for contracts and ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Communicate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals involved in transactions.
- Market Research
- Conduct research on property values, market trends, and neighborhood information.
- Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to support informed real estate decisions.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Familiarity with real estate platforms like Zillow, MLS, and Realtor.com.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is an asset.
A minimum 100mbps (download & upload) internet speed is required.
