Property Portfolio Manager

The Property Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a real estate portfolio. This includes effective communication with tenants, scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing leases, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with tenants to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs in a timely manner
  • Manage leases and ensure tenant compliance with rental agreements
  • Oversee financial management, including rent collections and accounts payable/receivable
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to real estate and property management
  • Enter and manage data for property transactions, including bills for payment
  • Invoice and follow up on payments from tenants
  • Process payroll for maintenance technicians
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in rent collection, invoicing, accounts management, and property transactions
  • Marketing skills to attract tenants
  • Knowledge of U.S. real estate laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and payroll processing
  • Tech-savviness with property management software and virtual tools
