Role Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our real estate office. This role is heavily focused on providing exceptional customer service, marketing coordination, and day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate has experience working with real estate professionals, is comfortable with industry tools and MLS systems, and has strong skills in graphic design, digital marketing, and social media content creation.

This is a chance to play a vital role in supporting a high-performing real estate office. You'll be at the center of operations, helping agents succeed while keeping the business running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to real estate agents, including agent onboarding, checklists, and concierge services.
  • Create and update marketing materials, such as flyers, just listed/just sold posts, welcome posts, and market updates.
  • Coordinate monthly marketing pieces and assist with digital/social media campaigns.
  • Maintain organizational checklists, access MLS to pull photos and property data, and conduct research for the Commercial Team.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant in real estate.
  • Familiarity with real estate technology platforms and MLS access.
  • Strong skills in graphic design, digital marketing, and social media experience preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using CRM, digital marketing tools, and AI-assisted platforms.
