Delivering results-driven technical solutions as a skilled technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of building systems.

This critical position requires a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections to identify potential issues and implement repairs to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to install and modify building equipment and systems to meet customer needs.
  • Review work orders to estimate time and materials required for repairs, utilizing available systems to manage and track completion.
  • Support energy conservation efforts by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently to minimize environmental impact.
  • Inspect new or existing installations to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, reporting any violations to management.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in facilities management or engineering is required.
  • National Certificate II in Industry (NCII) certification is necessary.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, engineering/maintenance is required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment is essential.
  • Leadership and management experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, is required.
  • Immediate start is preferred.
