Sun Savings Bank is looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Technical Support and Network Specialist to join our team We're seeking a young, smart, and highly motivated individual who is passionate about technology and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

As a Technical Support and Network Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our IT operations. You'll be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining our network infrastructure. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to technology.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and network equipment.
  • Monitoring network performance and security.
  • Assisting with IT projects and system upgrades.
  • Documenting technical procedures and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with Windows and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
