Job Summary
  • Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshooting assistance as the first point of contact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance our platform.
  • Utilize strong communication and technical skills to deliver an enhanced customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
The Ideal Candidate
  • At least 5+ years of technical support experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using support tools like Intercom and other relevant software.
  • Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  • Knowledge of APIs, technical integrations, JSON structure, and basic coding skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge bases for internal and external use.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide fast resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
