Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Officer to lead our digital marketing strategy, managing all digital channels to ensure strategic content, performance optimization, and cohesive messaging.

This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy across multiple digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all digital channels to ensure strategic content, performance optimization, and cohesive messaging.
  • Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with business objectives and brand identity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of work experience in digital marketing, preferably with expertise in content strategy, analytics, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO software, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Strong copywriting and creative skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Experience with paid media (SEM, social ads) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Additional 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
