Marketing Campaigns Manager

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to translate metrics into strategic actions, and a resourceful mindset.

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital advertising and SEM, including managing budgets, setting KPIs, and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, etc.), paid advertising workflows, and overall campaign structure.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to propose actionable next steps for optimization, including keyword analysis, bid management, A/B testing, and content planning.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience in running, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn, GA4, etc.

Requirements:

  • Digital Marketing Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience in running, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Advertising Platforms: Proficiency in advertising platforms and performance analytics, with the ability to translate metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and CPC into strategic actions.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
  • Analytical Skills: Possesses a resourceful mindset and strong analytical skills.
