Job Summary:

The Help Desk Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that our clients' technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. This position involves responding to incoming calls, emails, and other requests for technical support, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other requests for technical support.
  • Resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of computer hardware and software.
