About the Job

We seek an experienced logistics professional to drive growth and expansion in our Ground segment. As Ground Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue consultative sales initiatives to promote CEVA's Ground and Rail services to targeted clients, consistently meeting and exceeding performance benchmarks.
  • Regularly schedule and engage in sales interactions with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders, adhering to established sales call frequency and quality standards.
  • Maintain a portfolio of high-value client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Product, to ensure seamless delivery of services and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and drive business development initiatives.
  • Lead and participate in business development activities, including trade shows, networking events, and bid proposals, to expand CEVA's presence in the market.
  • Monitor and address customer satisfaction, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and development to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
