Service Delivery ManagerThe Service Delivery Manager will lead our delivery center in Manila. Manage teams, manage relationships with customers and stakeholders, prioritize objectives, and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of projects, timely delivery, and high-quality outputs.
- Manage resources efficiently to maximize productivity while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Relay critical information between senior leadership and the delivery teams, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies.
- Meet with executive stakeholders to develop and refine IT delivery strategies, ensuring they support overall business objectives.
- Oversee the execution of key delivery center projects and initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set clear goals, KPIs, and strategies.
- Provide guidance to department managers and project leads on the execution of these objectives, ensuring they align with client expectations and business priorities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Foster collaboration between the team and other global business units to ensure seamless service integration.
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of IT delivery processes, ensuring that the center adopts best practices and innovative approaches.
- Continuously assess the success, identifying areas for improvement in service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to enhance operational processes, increase staff engagement, and drive performance.
- Directly and indirectly manage a large team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Implement professional development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the delivery team.
Profile
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any IT/Computer Science Discipline or Management
- 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible leadership roles, ideally in a relevant industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving results
- Minimum 6-7 years' experience in a managerial role
- Strong experience in sales, business development, or client management roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and leadership skills.
