This business development role involves establishing connections with new clients to identify their needs and deliver value through our product. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal part in building relationships with new clients, understanding their requirements, and driving results through effective communication.
Your Responsibilities- You will conduct welcome calls with new clients to establish rapport and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Confidently handle objections while reinforcing the value proposition of our product.
- Determine the most suitable plan for each client based on their needs and budget considerations.
- Evaluate leads and assess readiness to proceed with a purchase.
- If not ready to make a purchase, enroll clients into follow-up communication workflows and manage future interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and status in CRM tools.
- Share client feedback, pain points, objections, and feature requests with internal teams to inform product improvement and messaging.
- At least 3 years of experience working with clients in a similar capacity.
- Strong communication and writing skills are essential.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- A confident phone presence, able to handle objections from business customers.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is an advantage.
