Job Overview

As a skilled Technical Specialist, you will handle technical inquiries, manage member accounts, create automations, and design landing pages, focusing on high-level workflow optimization. You will play a key role in delivering seamless experiences that help our clients thrive in the AI revolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, launch, and monitor cold email campaigns using Instantly.ai and other tools.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n.io and other platforms.
  • Generate targeted lead lists based on clients' Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Troubleshoot deliverability issues, API errors, and automation bugs.
  • Sync leads and actions across various platforms, including CRM systems.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical VA or marketing automation position.
  • Proficiency in Go High Level, n8n, Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, Zapier, and Make.com.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or HighLevel.
  • A background in outbound sales, B2B environments, and managing cold email campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of marketing automations and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical setups and maintain process documentation.
