- Provide clear and concise step-by-step instructions to customers to resolve their issues
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Stay up-to-date with products, services, and support procedures to provide expert-level support
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective resolutions
- Follow company protocols and security guidelines when handling sensitive information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous call center experience or similar role preferred
- Strong command of the English language
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
