Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and web functionality.

The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge of WordPress website management and customization, as well as experience in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Additionally, they will have familiarity with automation tools like Make.com or Zapier.

The key responsibilities of this role include building and customizing WordPress forms and layouts, managing Salesforce CRM workflows and dashboards, and assisting in client follow-ups and scheduling meetings. They will also be responsible for generating and managing invoices, receipts, and basic bookkeeping entries.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong time management and ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will be able to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion.
