We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress expert to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and services to businesses worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Management

  • Security Management
    • Implement security measures to protect against vulnerabilities
    • Set up security plugins and firewalls
    • Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins to patch security holes
    • Conduct security audits and scans
  • Backup and Restore
    • Set up and manage regular website backups
    • Ensure backup integrity and accessibility
    • Restore websites from backups in case of data loss or corruption
  • Performance Optimization
    • Monitor website performance and loading times
    • Implement caching solutions and content delivery networks (CDNs)
    • Optimize images, scripts, and other assets for faster loading
  • Plugin and Theme Management
    • Install, update, and configure plugins and themes
    • Deactivate or remove unused plugins and themes
    • Ensure compatibility between plugins, themes, and WordPress core
  • Content Management
    • Manage posts, pages, media, and other content types
    • Schedule and publish content updates
    • Ensure content consistency and adherence to SEO best practices
  • Database Management
    • Perform database optimization and maintenance tasks
    • Manage database backups and restorations
    • Run SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation
  • Monitoring and Analytics
    • Set up and configure website analytics tools
    • Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics
    • Generate reports and provide insights based on analytics data
  • Troubleshooting and Support
    • Identify and resolve website issues and errors
    • Provide technical support to users and clients
    • Debug and fix plugin/theme conflicts and compatibility issues
  • Compliance and Legal
    • Ensure website compliance with GDPR and other legal regulations
    • Manage cookie consent and privacy policies
    • Implement accessibility standards
  • eCommerce Management
    • Set up and manage WooCommerce or other eCommerce solutions
    • Manage product listings, inventory, and orders
    • Configure payment gateways and shipping methods
  • Customization and Development
    • Customize themes and plugins using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    • Develop custom functionalities and features
    • Integrate third-party services and APIs
  • Site Migration
    • Migrate websites between servers or hosts
    • Ensure data integrity and minimal downtime during migration
    • Update DNS settings and configurations
  • Training and Documentation
    • Train users and clients on WordPress usage and best practices
    • Create documentation and guides for site management
    • Provide ongoing support and education
  • Regular Audits and Reviews
    • Conduct regular website audits for security, performance, and SEO
    • Review and update site content and structure
    • Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards
