
Strategic Real Estate Support Specialist

This is a highly strategic role that serves as the backbone of our fast-growing real estate business.
">- Manage communications with clients, team members, and industry partners, acting as the primary gatekeeper to the founder.
- Optimize the founder's dynamic calendar across multiple time zones to ensure preparedness and timeliness.
- Drive communication and follow-up on key real estate initiatives and deals to keep priorities moving forward and deadlines met.
- Coordinate travel logistics end-to-end, anticipating needs and resolving disruptions.
- Manage personal logistics to ensure the founder's life runs smoothly, including personal appointments and coordinating tasks.
- Identify and address administrative and operational bottlenecks before they become problems.
- Proven experience as a high-level Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Manager, preferably supporting founders or executives.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a major advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex logistical problems with autonomy and creativity.
- Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and modern productivity tools.
