
Remote Real Estate Admin Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring our business runs smoothly by providing exceptional administrative support.
This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to work in a collaborative virtual environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments with precision and attention to detail.
- Organize and prepare real estate documents, contracts, and agreements with ease.
- Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:
- Client & Lead Management
- Update and maintain CRM databases with client and lead information in a timely manner.
- Follow up with leads and provide excellent client support to drive results.
- Send reminders and updates to clients regarding showings, property details, and deadlines with care.
You will also contribute to our marketing efforts by:
- Marketing & Social Media
- Create, edit, and post engaging property listings on real estate platforms.
- Design and send email marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Manage social media accounts and post content that promotes properties effectively.
To ensure seamless transaction coordination, you will:
- Transaction Coordination
- Track deadlines for contracts and ensure all parties meet required timelines with accuracy.
- Communicate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals involved in transactions with clarity.
To further enhance our market research capabilities, you will:
- Market Research
- Conduct research on property values, market trends, and neighborhood information with expertise.
- Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to support informed real estate decisions.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Virtual Assistant, preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with real estate platforms like Zillow, MLS, and Realtor.com.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
- A minimum of 100mbps (download & upload) internet speed is required.
