Job Overview:

This role revolves around the deployment of a real estate transaction management platform and a data analysis tool for brokers to grow their business through strategic agent recruiting.


Responsibilities:
  • Before project commencement, assess clients' current needs and workflows. Provide consultative recommendations on how to utilize our BackOffice platform effectively.
  • Develop customized implementation plans for each client, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Assist clients with system configuration, addressing complex scenarios directly.
  • Deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software to enhance adoption rates.
  • Keep internal stakeholders and customers informed about the project's progress.
  • Resolve client concerns by identifying technical solutions and facilitating issue resolution to retain the client.
  • Collaborate with a team of Implementation Specialists to refine internal processes, recommend adjustments to the client journey, and improve the overall client experience.

Qualifications:
  • Established ability to build strong relationships with clients quickly.
  • Exceptional communication skills that shine in email and phone interactions are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through are crucial.
  • Proven conflict resolution skills for both internal teams and client issues are required.
  • Experience managing complex technical scenarios is vital.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of client-facing Project Management experience at a SaaS-based business is ideal.
  • Understanding of the Real Estate Industry is beneficial.
