As a skilled Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing potential property deals through strategic outreach efforts. This is a full-time remote position with excellent growth potential and performance-based incentives.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in real estate sales and negotiation while contributing to the success of our dynamic wholesale real estate business.

  • You will be responsible for making outbound calls to property owners from provided lead lists, researching recent property sales in target areas for pricing comparisons, and identifying potential sellers and gauging interest in cash offers.
  • You will track and document all call outcomes and potential leads, send contracts to interested property owners, and meet daily calling metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred, but not required.
  • You should have strong English communication skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • A basic understanding of real estate terminology and proficiency with CRM systems and phone software are also essential.
  • You must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
