Senior Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth through effective account management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and manage assigned accounts.
  2. Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  3. Manage sales data and monitor budgets to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Maintain excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  5. Travel as required to support business needs.

Requirements for Success

  • Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales Supervisory roles handling retail/key accounts in FMCG industries.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly pivot tables and v-lookup applications.
  • Willingness to travel.
