Your Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    Develop, implement, and refine a national sales strategy for the company's medical devices portfolio. Align sales objectives with company goals and targets.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    Lead, mentor, and motivate a national sales team. Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Revenue Growth:
    Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas by developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth in key regions and markets. Monitor and report on sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Market Analysis & Expansion:
    Identify and assess new market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs. Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, distributors, and decision-makers in the medical devices field.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    Develop annual sales forecasts and manage the sales budget. Track and analyze sales performance against budget and adjust tactics to achieve financial goals.
  • Reporting:
    Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and forecasts to higher management.
