We are a leading distributor of medical devices, and we're looking for an experienced sales leader to join our team.
Job Summary:
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies to drive revenue growth in key regions and markets. This includes aligning sales objectives with company goals, leading a national sales team, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and refine a national sales strategy that aligns with company goals and targets.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a national sales team to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas by driving sales growth in key regions and markets.
- Market Analysis & Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, distributors, and decision-makers.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage the sales budget and track sales performance against forecast.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and market insights to higher management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or business development.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
