Job Title: Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving growth, and innovation. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, responsible for ensuring their success with our software and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with team members and customers, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Create value for customers by understanding their needs, goals, and objectives, and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Prepare accounts for billing by conducting thorough onboarding and education, introducing customers to our platform, and prompting delegation of tasks.
  • Build goal plans for customers focused on short- and long-term growth, identifying opportunities to support those goals and drive business expansion.
  • Manage relationships between virtual assistants and assigned clients, including regular check-ins, ad-hoc calls, and monitoring customer usage.
  • Address customer inquiries, organize, escalate, and resolve issues effectively, providing timely and effective communication.
  • Understand our offerings and communicate value to customers to promote upgrades, upsells, and referrals, ultimately driving revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • At least one year of experience in client relationship management AND/OR project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Mac, Windows, Chrome, iOS, Android, and video call tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Understanding of online software services and/or technology-based solutions, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude, desire to contribute to company success, and ability to remain professional under pressure.
