Customer Success Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, with experience in managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to drive customer retention.

You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues, provide product training, and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell revenue growth
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Required qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience for a SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management
