Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented technical support professional to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce to resolve issues or escalate when required
  • Follow troubleshooting guides to provide clear and empathetic solutions
  • Assist in writing and updating documentation related to technical support
  • Provide basic guidance on cars and car parts, with training provided as needed

This is a part-time opportunity with flexible shifts, requiring someone who is dependable, strong in problem-solving, and able to follow structured guides.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in technical support is an asset
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Knowledge of cars and car parts, with ability to learn and adapt
