Job Description

The Junior HR Business Partner will play a vital role in our company's expansion plans. If you are passionate about HR, possess a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, and excel in delivering strategic HR solutions, this role is ideal for you.

This role involves collaborating with HR and business leaders to support various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to deliver HR services that align with the company's goals.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and facilitating orientation activities to foster engagement and cultural assimilation.
  • Assist in performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development discussions, in partnership with managers and employees.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, addressing inquiries, and resolving minor conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support HR programs and policies implementation with a focus on enhancing employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employer branding, talent development, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering within the contact center industry;
  • Experience working with ERPs like SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle etc.;
  • Experience in working in a competitive and goal-driven environment is an asset;
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
  • Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is an asset;
  • Excellent command of English language both verbal and written along with finesse in communication skills;
  • Must be open to work as per business requirements.
