Job Title: Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our dynamic team at a leading organization. As a Human Resource Generalist, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our company's HR processes and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling administrative tasks related to HR functions, including clinic management, uniform inventory, and ordering.
  • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Preparing and submitting HR-related reports and documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant experience in processing statutory benefit compliance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and best practices in HR administration.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or compliance role, preferably in the industry.
  • Must be a graduate of BSBA major in Human Resource Management/Psychology or any related field.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Proficient in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Candidate must be willing to be assigned in our Head Office.
