Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to provide support in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and training.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and making job offers.
  • They will also be responsible for implementing training programs, researching compensation and benefits packages, and suggesting new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • In addition, the HR Generalist will ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, update policies as needed, and provide advice to employees on absence, health issues, conduct, capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and other employee-relations concerns.
  • They will work closely with the CEO to report on proposals, updates, initiatives, and other matters.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or other related field
  • Additional HR training or experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Knowledge of any HR systems or tools
  • Background in training and development, and recruitment is an advantage
