Job Description:

The primary objective of this position is to oversee a team of Executive Assistants, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively in delivering exceptional client experiences. The Executive Team Supervisor will be responsible for guiding team members to reach their full potential while fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and manage the remote Virtual Assistant team
  • Guide team members to understand their goals and provide resources to ensure success
  • Offer tailored coaching to VAs based on their experience and industry needs
  • Leverage knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions
  • Set measurable performance goals and track team progress
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues and resolve client concerns
Qualifications:
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams
  • Ability to guide and motivate team members to achieve their goals
  • Broad understanding of various industries and aptitude for quickly learning new fields
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms
