About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Supervisor to lead and manage our Virtual Assistant team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with experience as an Executive Assistant to support C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation.

You will be responsible for guiding team members to reach their fullest potential, fostering a collaborative and client-centric environment.

  • Manage a team of Executive Assistants, creating a positive, productive, and engaging work culture.
  • Offer tailored coaching to VAs based on their experience and industry needs.
  • Leverage your knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions.
  • Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Solid experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and an aptitude for quickly learning new fields.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.

This is a fully remote role that requires a professional microphone headset, fast, responsive computer, and clean & professional background/audio environment for video calls with customers. Availability to participate in in-person meetings with the core team 2-3 times a week is also required.
