About the role

Kintetsu World Express Phils., Inc. is seeking an experienced Team Leader - Billing to join their dynamic team in San Dionisio, Paranaque City. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in leading and supervising a team of billing professionals, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the billing department.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the daily operations of the billing team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing of customer accounts, adhering to company policies and industry regulations
  • Analyze billing data and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to the team on billing-related matters
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making recommendations to management as needed

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within a call centre or customer service environment
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with relevant software and systems, such as billing and customer relationship management platforms
