Production Team Leader

The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring smooth operations in terms of manpower availability, inventory accuracy, machine utilization, and process improvement program participation. Reporting to the supervisor, s/he is expected to submit operationally relevant observations and make sound decisions when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

● Optimizes line efficiency through managing resources and provides insights for continuous improvement.

● Ensures proper cascading through daily shift meetings and implementation of existing and incoming policies, procedures, and guidelines released by management.

● Ensures that the workforce and production process being performed adhere to food safety and quality standards.

● Participates in the investigation of incidents involving assigned departments together with the production supervisor.

● Guides, coaches, motivates and mentors the team to achieve one common organizational goal.

● Monitors and conducts performance evaluations and provides constructive feedback to employees on their strengths, areas for improvement, and development opportunities.

● Addresses performance issues or conflicts promptly and professionally, taking appropriate corrective actions when necessary.

● Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate superior in order to contribute to achieving departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • at least College Graduate with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
  • Understands Food Safety & Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel and Google applications
  • Good verbal / oral and written communication skills
  • Adoptable and willing to learn
  • Team-spirited and customer-focused attitude
  • Amenable to be assigned at San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php23,500.00 per month
