Our organization is seeking a skilled Executive Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to the Director. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and previous experience in an administrative role.

The primary responsibilities of this position include managing the director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Additionally, the successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling emails and phone calls on behalf of the executive. They will also be responsible for arranging travel itineraries, booking transportation and accommodations, and providing comprehensive support for business trips.

This role requires the ability to maintain accurate records, documents, and deadlines, conduct research, and compile data to support decision-making. The selected individual will also be expected to screen and manage access to the executive, ensuring their time is utilized effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, they will assist in the preparation of meetings, creating agendas, gathering necessary materials, and taking minutes when required.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, as well as proficiency in using office software and other relevant technology. They should have strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
