Support the Managing Director in Day-to-Day Operations and Strategic Execution

This role involves providing administrative, operational, and communication support to the Managing Director.

About the Job
  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, track tasks, and handle correspondence.
  • Assist with day-to-day store operations and head office functions, including liaison with store teams, coordination with vendors, and monitoring operational timelines.
  • Oversee project timelines for store openings, construction schedules, and supplier coordination.
  • Organize materials for meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires when necessary.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation needed for internal and external communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Food & Beverage or Retail industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; articulate and confident in English.
  • Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and resourceful.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
