This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the marketing team.

  • Manage and maintain the team's promotional calendar, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately reflects ongoing and upcoming marketing activities.

  • Oversee physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are organized, accessible, and secure.

  • Coordinate team rostering, managing schedules, leave requests, and coverage to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Provide general administrative support, such as arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.

  • Support procurement processes by tracking purchase orders, invoices, and delivery statuses.

  • Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists regularly.

  • Assist with internal and external communication by responding promptly to inquiries and providing necessary information.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within marketing or events environments.
