Leadership Opportunity

This commercially driven leadership position oversees agency operations, delivering growth, modernisation and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will lead commercial, customer service and operational functions, developing business strategies to drive growth and achieve key performance indicators while managing financial outcomes and championing operational improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Leading all commercial, customer service and operational functions to ensure agency performance and profitability
  • Developing and delivering business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency and achieve key performance indicators
  • Managing financial outcomes including P&L, cash flow, debtors and working capital
  • Championing operational improvements aligning the agency with regional best practices and global standards
  • Building and leading a high-performing team through clear direction development and coaching
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 10 years of leadership experience in shipping
  • Proven success in managing P&L and delivering commercial results in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of the shipping value chain including port terminal and equipment operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and implement modernisation initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are critical
