Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Documentation Professional to support our clients in the construction and architecture industry. This role requires the ability to read and understand architectural, plumbing, and electrical plans, as well as experience with form filling and client data intake.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filling out forms and official documents related to building permits and compliance accurately
  • Inputting data from clients and construction documents into digital systems
  • Interpreting architectural, plumbing, electrical, and structural plans to extract relevant information
  • Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and clarify document requirements
  • Maintaining organized digital files and ensuring timely submission of required documentation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or construction documentation
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, plumbing, electrical, and engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with construction terms, permit processes, and building departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and PDF editing tools
