Project Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Implementation Specialist to configure and optimize construction project management software, supporting internal operations and ensuring smooth project execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize construction software platforms for optimal performance.
  • Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation for seamless integration.
  • Create standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports to facilitate efficient project planning.
  • Develop and refine internal workflows aligned with project processes to maximize productivity.
  • Organize and integrate digital project files within the system for easy access.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure software accurately reflects real-world execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive internal documentation and user guides for best practices in project implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in construction software setup and configuration.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data organization for efficient data management.
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows (estimating, bidding, scheduling, subcontracting) to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Ability to work independently in a non-client-facing role.
  • Excellent attention to detail for quality results.

Bonus Skills:

  • SOP creation for streamlined business processes.
  • Automation tools (Zapier/Make) for enhanced efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Asana/ClickUp/Trello for task management.
  • Basic API or CSV manipulation for data processing.
