Revit Documentation Specialist

Hunt St Manila is seeking a talented Revit documentation specialist to join a small, design-driven architecture studio.

The ideal candidate will have proven proficiency in Revit and be able to produce accurate and detailed construction documentation using the software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce accurate and detailed construction documentation using Revit, including general arrangement plans, sections, and elevations
  • Work with supplied Revit templates and follow established documentation styles
  • Interpret mark-ups, redlines, and verbal directions effectively
  • Communicate and collaborate with a small team in a remote environment
  • Manage your own time efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Support the team with proactive input and a collaborative attitude
Requirements:
  • Proven proficiency in Revit, with fast and accurate drafting/documentation skills
  • Solid experience in preparing construction documentation across multiple drawing types and scales
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and documentation formats (having this is a big plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to drafting
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to contribute ideas
  • A portfolio of relevant documentation work is required
