Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Document Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction project documentation, facilitating communication between project team members, contractors, and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project-related correspondence, changes, and approvals.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation of progress reports and updates for internal and external distribution.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
